Maison D’Art Collection, in collaboration with the culinary and pastry school Chef Gourmet, offers you a unique opportunity to learn how to make fresh homemade pasta, cook traditional recipes, and savor the fruits of your labor, all in the company of a professional chef.
Each participant will be actively involved in every step of the preparation: from kneading the dough to shaping the pasta, cooking it, and making the sauces. At the end of the class, everyone enjoys the meal together on the terrace, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.

The experience is enriched by a visit to the Via Cesare Balbo market, just a short walk from the location. Here, the Chef will accompany participants in selecting fresh ingredients before beginning the lesson on the terrace.
